Diploma Generation and Mailing
Diploma production, both initial and reprints, is a very resource intensive task and it is difficult to produce high quality diplomas with standard office equipment. We have been outsourcing diploma production since 2018; continuing to do do ensures the efficient production of high quality diplomas that reach our students in a timely fashion. During the pandemic, we started having the vendor mail diplomas directly to students, thus making the process even more efficient and seemless. This funded item benefitted the District by improving efficiency and cutting down on waste created by in-office diploma creation and mailing.
